CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Product displays do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum).
Note under German law: A purchase contract is only concluded once we expressly confirm your order by email (Section 130 BGB). The order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of your offer.

Bennet & Clay is therefore liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected and continue to apply.

We may block your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bennet & Clay.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Note: Since you as a business sell products to consumers in Germany, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of German law apply under EU Regulation (Rome I) where they are more favorable to the consumer. In particular, the BGB, the UWG and the GDPR apply.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Note: Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to you in advance.
